SHIPPINGCOSTS AND DELIVERY PERIOD:
The shippingcosts will be added during the order process. For deliveries within Europe the costs are € 9.95 and for all countries outside Europe € 14.95. The delivery period is approximately 3-15 working days after dispatch of your order depending on the processing time of the customs authorities. Shipments take place by means of Priority Mail and will be delivered in your country by your local Post company.
It is also possible to ship your package with DPD, UPS or Fedex Express. With this option your package is fully insured, online trackable and it will take only 2-5 days for delivery at your address. The costs of this option depends on the country and will be shown when you create your order. Available from € 14.95.

You have the choice from 3 payment possibilities:

WARRANTY:
On all watches we grant guarantee to 24 months which is related to the watch. Bands, glass and batteries have been excluded of 24 months guarantee, for this a guarantee of 3 months applies.
RETURNS:
In the Netherlands a legally fixed visibility period of 7 working days applies. When you have receieved the watch and it may not satisfy to your expectations then it is possible to return the watch within the fixed period. You will receive your money returned or it is possible to change for an other watch. You must return the watch with a returnnumber of WatchXL which you can get by sending an e-mail to admin@watchxl.com. Each return without this number will be refused by us.

Please take care that the package is insured and have been sufficiently stamped. All shippingcosts are at the expense of the customer. We never can be hold responsible for possible loss of the consignment. Only products which are present unused and in the original packing will be credited. Special offers fall outside aforesaid return possibilities. Products which do not meet these conditions can not be handled.

The package will be delivered on shippingaddress given up by the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to give up a correct shippingaddress. Lose touched consignments do not fall under justification of WatchXL.
